All customers are hereby notified that as per the terms and conditions of COD, the courier company will not allow the customer to open the package before payment.
You, as a customer, have the right to return the package only after payment and acknowledgment of the delivery to the courier company.
If you want to return the package you will need to notify us after payment to the courier and then you will need to send us back the package at your own expense for return or exchange.
Note: "Items that are on Sale will not be entertained like Returned/Exchagned". So please don't bother our customer support for this thing.
Please do not force the delivery person from the courier company to open the package before you make the payment as it is against the rules of the COD in Pakistan.

These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made using the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method.
No Pre-Payment Inspection: As per the mandatory regulations for COD shipments in Pakistan, the courier company is strictly prohibited from allowing the customer to open or inspect the contents of the package before the full payment is successfully made to the delivery agent.
Acknowledgment of Delivery: The complete payment to the courier agent serves as the customer's acknowledgment of receiving the delivery and signifies the completion of the payment obligation.
Non-Eligible Items: Items purchased that are explicitly marked as "Sale," "Promotional," or otherwise discounted are deemed Final Sale. These items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customer Support: Customers agree not to contact customer support seeking exceptions for returns or exchanges on Final Sale items.
Cooperation Required: Customers shall not attempt to pressure, threaten, or force the courier delivery personnel to violate the COD rules by opening the package before payment is tendered.
