Return & Exchange Policy

Policy Point	Details
Exchange Window	7 days from the date of purchase.
Processing Time	Exchange processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned goods.
Condition	Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and have all original tags attached to be eligible.
Return Shipping Cost	Buyer pays return courier charges unless the item is visibly defective.
Exchanges	Subject to current stock availability.

Defect Photo: If defective, take a picture of the specific faulty part.
Repack: Place the item back in its original packaging.
Email: Email the picture (if applicable) to infoshahijora@gmail.com stating your wish to return or exchange.
Shipping: We will provide the return address. Send the package via your local courier.
Final Note: Free-of-charge exchange (seller pays return courier) is only possible for visibly defective items. Otherwise, standard courier charges apply to the buyer.

Product Type: All displayed suits are Master Copies / Master Replicas.
Color/Shade: Slight differences in shade/color may occur due to photography and display screens. Exchanges are permitted on this basis, but no refunds will be entertained.
