Can I open the package before paying for Cash on Delivery (COD)? No. As per COD rules in Pakistan, you are strictly prohibited from opening or inspecting the package before making the full payment to the courier agent.
When can I initiate a return or exchange? You can initiate a return or exchange only after you have paid the courier and acknowledged the delivery of the package.
Who is responsible for the shipping cost of a returned item? The customer is responsible. You must send the package back to us at your own expense for any return or exchange.
Are items bought during a sale eligible for return or exchange? No. Items purchased on sale, promotion, or at a discount are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
What should I do if the delivery person refuses to let me open the package? They are correctly following the COD rules. Please make the payment first, and then follow our return procedure if you have an issue with the product.
